Wajibi AI helps parents support their child's Arabic learning. These terms explain the rules for using the application.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Wajibi AI application, published by MansoApps.
Wajibi AI is an educational app that helps parents support their children in learning Arabic, including through homework scanning, AI-generated explanations, and voice tutoring.

3. Intended audience and minors
The application is primarily intended for parents or legal guardians who wish to support their child.
Any use by a minor must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The parent remains responsible for account use, scanned content, and information submitted in the application.
4. User account
Some features require a user session, which may be anonymous or linked to an email address, Google, or Apple.
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. They are responsible for all activity performed from their account.
If you forget your password, a reset link may be sent via Firebase Auth.
5. Features
- Scan Arabic homework or lessons using the device camera.
- Receive an explanation, exercises, and corrections generated by AI.
- Keep a history of scans and results.
- Use a voice tutor for oral practice, when the feature is available for the account.
- Export or delete your data from your profile.
6. Educational limits and AI
Responses provided by Wajibi AI are automatically generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, omissions, or approximations.
The application is a learning aid and does not replace a teacher, parent, human tutor, or professional advice.
The user should verify responses before using them in a school or educational setting.
7. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the application in a normal, lawful, and respectful manner.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, restrictions, or security mechanisms.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or irrelevant content unrelated to Arabic learning.
- Do not use the application to extract, copy, or disrupt its technical services.
- Do not scan documents containing unnecessary or excessive data about third parties.
8. Scanned data
The user confirms they have the rights or permissions necessary to scan homework, exercises, or documents submitted in the application.
Scans may contain information relating to a child. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the decision to submit this content to the application.
9. Free offer and subscription
The application may offer limited free use, including one free scan.
Some features may be reserved for a paid Wajibi AI Plus offer, with weekly, monthly, or annual plans and, where applicable, a trial period.
In-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store and/or subscription providers integrated into the application.
The exact prices and conditions displayed in the App Store or in the application at the time of purchase prevail.
10. Account deletion
The user may delete their account from their profile. This action removes cloud data associated with the account under the conditions provided by the application.
The user may also contact MansoApps at manso.apps@gmail.com for any request related to their account or data.
11. Availability
MansoApps makes its best efforts to keep the application accessible, but does not guarantee permanent, error-free, or uninterrupted operation.
Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, fixes, updates, or in case of technical issues.
12. Liability
MansoApps cannot be held liable for consequences of misuse of the application, incorrect interpretation of AI-generated responses, or temporary unavailability of the service.
The user remains responsible for the content they scan, its verification, and its use.
13. Changes to these terms
MansoApps may modify these terms to reflect changes to the application, its services, or applicable regulations.
The update date displayed at the top of this page identifies the applicable version.
14. Governing law
